Returns and Exchanges:
1. Can I change the size or color of my product, or get a refund?
Of course. We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping costs depend on the country you're shipping from. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Once we receive and inspect the product, if you require a refund, we will issue a refund within 3-5 days using your payment method. If you wish to change your order, you will receive a coupon redeemable in-store.
Any purchases made during a promotional period are not refundable in cash, but can be refunded in the form of an in-store voucher.

If the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part (wrong size or model), we will cover the cost of the return or exchange.
